Your privacy matters.
This notice describes the current website. Data handling for an AI project must be agreed separately before any project data is shared.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest and message. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference and your agreement to storing the enquiry and contacting you about it. We use this information to review and respond to your request, not to send marketing messages.
Enquiries are stored as private files on the website server, outside the publicly served website files. They are not sent to an AI provider. Access is intended only for authorised staff responsible for enquiries. Stored enquiries are not automatically deleted; contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Server and backup access, protection and retention must be configured by the website operator.
Website requests
Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address and requested page, to the hosting provider to deliver the website. Hosting infrastructure may record operational or security logs. Retention and provider-specific practices depend on the production hosting configuration.
Analytics and cookies
The website application does not currently include advertising trackers, analytics tools or application cookies. Infrastructure services may have their own technical requirements. If analytics or other collection is introduced, this notice should be updated before deployment.
What not to share
Do not include passwords, financial account information, confidential client documents or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. A project’s required information, permissions, provider choices and retention should be scoped first.
Questions and requests
Use the contact channel published on the contact page when available to ask about information you have shared through the form or by email. This website notice is not a project data processing agreement or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
